The primary objective of this role is to spearhead CRM campaign strategies, ensuring seamless customer engagement and retention. This entails conceptualizing and executing campaign calendars that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Planning: Develop and execute CRM campaign calendars that drive customer engagement and retention through data-driven insights.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily business-as-usual (BAU) tasks, facilitating coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Design and implement customer journeys across various lifecycle touchpoints, leveraging market research and analytics to optimize customer interactions.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective customer retention strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Create and maintain dashboards to monitor campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving strategic decisions.
  • Insight-Driven Strategy: Utilize analytical skills to derive actionable insights from campaign data, informing future strategy and optimizing customer retention initiatives.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships for CRM platforms, ensuring timely issue resolution and successful feature rollouts.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, preferably within the consumer tech or e-commerce industry.
  • Segmentation and Personalization: Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and journey mapping concepts, with the ability to apply these principles in a real-world setting.
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytical thinking with expertise in campaign reporting, A/B testing, and data analysis.
  • CMS and Attribution Tools: Proficiency in CRM and attribution tools, including Clevertap, MoEngage, Branch, and other relevant software.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and navigate complex projects with minimal supervision.
