Job Title: Voice Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Voice Analyst to manage the process of obtaining broker price opinions for banks and mortgage companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the BPO process from start to finish, ensuring timely completion.
  • Communicate with real estate agents, clients, and internal teams to gather necessary information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assign BPO requests to qualified agents and track progress to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to BPO assignments, including client preferences, property details, and valuation outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and Real Estate Agents/Brokers regarding BPO inquiries, updates, and status reports.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years experience in International voice process (US)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with real estate agents and clients to enhance BPO processes
  • Knowledge of BPO procedures to streamline operations
