About the Role

This is a key position within our Corporate Communications team, where you will assist in planning and implementing various initiatives to engage employees.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, from drafting internal communication materials to coordinating events and managing social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and publish internal communication materials, including emails, newsletters, and announcements.
  • Assist with employee engagement campaigns, leadership messages, and intranet content.
  • Provide logistical and creative support during internal events, such as foundation day celebrations and CSR drives.
  • Maintain archives of communication assets, photos, and video content.
  • Monitor corporate social media handles and track engagement metrics.
  • Draft posts and coordinate approvals with relevant departments.
  • Maintain a calendar of communication activities and provide weekly/monthly updates.
  • Track and report basic analytics on communication initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Prior experience in corporate communications, marketing, or content roles is an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint; Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms.
  • Good organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Capable to multitask and meet timelines.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic to take up new challenges and tasks.
  • Interest in corporate culture, storytelling, and visual branding.
