Operations Excellence Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Operations leader to oversee the end-to-end execution of residential interior projects. This role is critical in ensuring timely delivery, high-quality execution, and superior customer satisfaction across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead regional operations to drive timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of interior projects
  • Own customer experience throughout the customer journey
  • Own project handover timelines, vendor coordination, workmanship quality, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Build and manage teams including senior managers, project managers, site supervisors
  • Collaborate with design, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Create, monitor, and improve SOPs to drive operational efficiency and scale delivery capacity
  • Work closely with leadership on process excellence, cost optimization, and customer success initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8–12 years of experience in operations, preferably in home interiors, real estate, construction, or related sectors
  • Proven experience in scaling and managing large field teams and vendor networks
  • Process-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on approach with an ability to work in fast-paced, execution-heavy environments
  • Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
