Job Title: Supply Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update the lab across different sites, handling test solutions and equipment to ensure they are up-to-date with calibration and certification requirements.
  • Work with teams to update and review electrical, mechanical needs for different test setups as per product specifications.
  • Maintain and optimize lab layout to create space for upcoming programs.
  • Plan the lab layout for different types of test benches and explore opportunities for lab space optimization.
  • Plan electrical and mechanical requirements of labs across different sites and support deployment of test benches in labs.
  • Cable fabrication, soldering, lab equipment handling, ESD in labs, and have good understanding of IPC-A-610 certification.
  • Have electrical and mechanical integration knowledge.
  • Proactively connect with users and collaborate with product teams to understand overall test solution needs.
  • Effectively map the competitive landscape, benchmark design and technology trends.
  • Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of industry experience in lab management with hands-on experience in equipment calibration, testing, and maintenance.
  • Diploma or equivalent degree in Electrical engineering.
  • Hands-on experience dealing with different teams across organizations for coordination of lab upgrade and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of different kinds of cable harnesses and connectors (DSUB, Circular).
  • Good understanding of different lab equipment, their functions, and input requirements.
  • Good understanding of lab electrical, mechanical, and cooling requirements.
  • Go-getter attitude and ability to maneuver in complex, abstract, and dynamic business scenarios.
  • Good understanding of AC and DC power supply systems.
  • Prior hands-on experience on test solutions.
