Key Role:

Manage internal and external communication as a strategic specialist. Develop and implement effective corporate communication strategies to engage the organization's stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deploy impactful communication tactics that span social media, newsletters, emails, and the organization's website.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for various channels.
  • Research, write, or edit content for internal and external communications to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
  • Design and execute communication initiatives for key organizational events.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, company policies, brand guidelines, and style guides.
  • Work closely with internal teams to brainstorm content ideas aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Support leadership communication efforts.
  • Act as a facilitator and provide solutions for resolving conflicts.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of communication strategies.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years' experience in corporate communications with a strong understanding of internal and external communications.
  • Proven copywriting and editing skills across multiple platforms.
  • Solid grasp of project management principles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities across locations and teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, or a related field.
