Job Opportunity:

We are looking for an exceptional Technical Director to spearhead the development and enhancement of our DevOps strategy.

This individual will be responsible for defining and implementing a comprehensive DevOps approach, designing and executing end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, automating manual tasks, and fostering collaboration between development, operations, and quality assurance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a detailed DevOps strategy for application development
  • Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for multiple application teams
  • Lead the automation of manual tasks throughout the application lifecycle
  • Act as a liaison between development, operations, and QA teams
  • Migrate and deploy applications to cloud or hybrid infrastructures
  • Establish and enhance application monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
  • Integrate security practices and tools into the development pipeline
  • Foster a culture of feedback and iteration by implementing metrics-driven improvements

Requirements:

  • 13+ years of experience in IT industry with 8+ years of experience in DevOps
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
  • Experience with DevOps toolchains, scripting, and application development frameworks
  • Experience designing, configuring, and maintaining SonarQube Enterprise code quality tool
  • Solid grasp of security concepts, tools, and practices in DevSecOps pipelines
  • Proficiency with major cloud platforms including infrastructure provisioning, scaling, and cloud-native services
