We are a fast-growing startup that builds innovative SaaS tools to tackle real-world challenges.

To prepare for launch, we need a strategic Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager who can drive our products to market with impact. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping our growth story and defining how we position, launch, and drive adoption across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand customer needs, pain points, and competitive landscapes to inform strategies.
  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Define positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that resonate with our ideal customer profiles.
  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and own a robust GTM roadmap detailing timelines, launches, stakeholders, and KPIs.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to coordinate launch plans.
  • Launch & Campaign Management: Plan and execute campaigns to create awareness and demand.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Define KPIs, monitor performance, analyze results, and iterate to maximize GTM effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in GTM, product marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong strategic thinking with data-driven decision making skills.
  • Excellent project management capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of GTM frameworks.
