Job Summary

Maintenance Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Techincal Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in plant maintenance activities with a strong background in maintaining pumps, compressors, blowers and gearboxes.

  • In this role, you will perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
  • You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that all maintenance activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any equipment malfunctions to the maintenance supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plant maintenance activities in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintenance of pumps, compressors, blowers and gearboxes
  • Dial gauge alignment and calibration
  • Experience with utility equipment such as air compressors, brine chillers, water chillers and cooling towers is an added advantage
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in plant maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
