Job Description:

This role is responsible for providing day-to-day support for SAP SuccessFactors, including job requisitions, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, offer approvals, and hiring workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support recruitment functionalities, troubleshoot user issues, and maintain integrations with external job boards and other SuccessFactors modules.
  • Manage LMS user issues, troubleshoot content errors, and configure learning paths, catalogs, and user roles to optimize training delivery.
  • Generate and analyze recruitment reports, assist with recruitment cycle setup, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in supporting SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to generate and analyze data-driven insights.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with HR, IT, and SAP support teams.
