Lead Finance Professional

As a Lead Finance Professional, you will play a pivotal role in leading our company's financial strategy and operations. You will be responsible for managing the capital structure, optimal financing options, and ensuring the accuracy of financial reports.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial and commercial roles, with a strong background in accounting, business accounting, or finance. They will possess excellent analytical skills, with high attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash flow, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Develop and implement best practices and tools to ensure a well-controlled organization
  • Comply with national and local financial requirements
  • Work with founders to efficiently develop budget proposals and provide access to project finance information
  • Research revenue opportunities and economic trends
  • Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Five or more years of experience in financial & commercial roles
  • Minimum 2 years experience in executive leadership / team handling role
  • CA qualification or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in accounting, business accounting, or finance
  • Experience in independently handling finalisation of books of accounts including but not limited to balance sheet, P&L, cash flow statements etc
  • Experience working with founders / business leads on core strategic objectives
