Job Summary:

Expert-level project management professional with SAP expertise and extensive experience delivering high-quality projects.

We are seeking a skilled SAP Project Manager to lead large-scale and complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  1. End-to-End Project Management: Lead large-scale and complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with senior business leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to define clear project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
  3. Leadership & Team Development: Provide direction and leadership to cross-functional project teams, ensuring the team remains motivated, focused, and efficient throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, setting clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  5. Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Additionally, they will have a strong problem-solving and analytical mindset, with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of project management experience with SAP
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
