Senior Operation Executive Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operation Executive to lead our operations department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing holiday packages that meet the needs of our guests and suggesting tour itineraries that showcase the best of our destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative holiday packages that cater to diverse customer needs
  • Design and implement tour itineraries that highlight the unique attractions of our destinations
  • Promote group tours to attract new customers and drive business growth
  • Engage with prospective clients to promote international and domestic tour packages and build strong relationships
  • Stay up-to-date with internal and external tools, such as online booking systems, to optimize operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the travel industry, including its trends and developments
  • Excellent communication and sales skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of internal and external resources, such as travel meetings and trade fairs, to stay informed and connected within the industry
