Job Title: Digital Transformation Specialist for Educational Institutions

We are seeking an experienced and proactive professional to drive digital transformation in school operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless integration of School ERP systems across departments, delivering efficient support, structured adoption strategies, and comprehensive training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective ERP user support, resolving functional, technical, and process-related issues.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions, collaborating with ERP vendor support teams as needed.
  • Analyse user adoption data, translating insights into actionable recommendations to improve system utilization.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in ERP user support, adoption, or training, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong knowledge of School ERP systems, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to deliver training to diverse user groups.
