Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of ERP Implementation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize Odoo modules to meet client needs by identifying areas for improvement and optimizing system functionality.
  • Develop comprehensive training programs to equip end-users with advanced skills in using the Odoo ERP system, resulting in improved user adoption and efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough business process assessments to provide actionable recommendations for enhancing operational efficiency and driving growth.
  • Create detailed documentation and training materials to facilitate knowledge sharing and support long-term success.
  • Deliver exceptional support and troubleshooting services to clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimizing downtime.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to enhance their Odoo experience, fostering strong relationships built on trust and expertise.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Effective communication and quick learning abilities, enabling seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Basic project management and multitasking capabilities, allowing for efficient prioritization and task execution.
  • Knowledge of key business domains, including E-Commerce, Manufacturing, HR, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Warehouse, and Accounting, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Preferred Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
