Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Backend Systems Architect to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems. This individual will work closely with various teams to ensure smooth integration, performance, and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and build efficient backend systems using Python, Golang, and other technologies.
  • Collaborate with teams like Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Front-End Developers to ensure smooth model development and productization.
  • Optimize backend systems for scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Lead code reviews and adhere to best practices in software development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in backend development, particularly in B2C industries.
  • Extensive knowledge of Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask) and Golang, along with experience in async programming and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Experience in API-based application development, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB.
  • Proficiency with version control tools like Git.
  • Experience in designing and developing complex, large-scale applications with hybrid deployments.
  • Proven experience in Agile methodologies and enterprise software lifecycle management.
