About the Position

We are seeking an accomplished Product Expert to take on a challenging role. As a Product Expert, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive product demonstrations to clients, overseeing on-site build installations and configurations, and ensuring a thorough understanding of customer requirements.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver Caliber products to customers and conduct on-site build installations and configurations.
  • Collaborate with delivery leads in project kickoff and planning.
  • Execute Installation Qualification protocol, Operational Qualification, UAT/SAT, and ensure smooth validation processes.
  • Train end-users on Caliber Products, maintain databases, and provide support during onsite visits.
  • Offer assistance with patch updates and maintenance, installation of training and production builds.
  • Support customers in executing Protocol Quality (PQ) execution and interface configurations.
  • Conduct test scripts, assist in internal validation of product, and document issues and deviations.
  • Review validation outputs with customers and prepare validation summary reports.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

  • Practical experience in pharma/project management with instrumentation background.
  • Patient communication skills to listen and understand customer queries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to learn quickly and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Flexibility to travel for implementation.
  • QAMS/DMS/LIMS Domain Knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Able to lead projects and teams.
