Job Overview

As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth. Reporting to the Resort Manager, this dynamic individual will oversee various aspects of resort operations, including front office, food and beverage, housekeeping, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
1. Efficient Check-in and Check-out Processes: Streamline check-in and check-out procedures to minimize guest wait times. Coordinate with front office staff to ensure smooth handling of guest arrivals and departures.
2. Room Readiness and Upselling: Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared on time and to high standards. Implement strategies to upsell and cross-sell resort amenities and services, enhancing guest experience and revenue.
3. Employee Experience and Development: Conduct regular training sessions for food and beverage, front office, housekeeping, and restaurant staff. Regularly review employee performance and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and development.
4. Vendor Management and Procurement: Identify suitable vendors for food, beverages, housekeeping supplies, and other essentials required for resort operations. Negotiate with vendors to secure best rates and quality of products while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
5. Property Maintenance and Cleanliness: Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, property areas, and restaurant facilities. Adhere to hygiene and safety standards at all times.
6. Food and Beverage Operations: Supervise food and beverage staff to deliver efficient service and exceptional dining experiences. Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain high-quality food standards and develop seasonal menus.
7. Guest Feedback and Review Management: Implement systems to collect guest feedback and reviews. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
8. Housekeeping Responsibilities: Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness standards are met or exceeded throughout the resort.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in Hotel Industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in relevant software applications such as property management systems and Microsoft Office suite
