Linux System Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Linux System Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our hosting operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and reliability of our products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor product stability using various internal tools
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for all hosting products
  • Handle incident response, troubleshooting, and fixes for various products and services
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external teams to resolve production site issues
  • Exhibit a sense of urgency to resolve issues
  • Build advanced automation workflows to automate repeated issues
  • Work with infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain Linux/Windows servers using automated scripts
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational standards are met

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • Strong understanding of Linux systems, including shell scripting, sed/awk/grep, and basic DNS & Networking concepts
  • Familiarity with Windows 2000/2003/2008 and its related technologies
  • Experience with shift work, including nights and holidays
