Analytics Expert

As a skilled analytics expert, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact data-driven initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to solve complex business challenges and drive outcomes
  • Extract and analyze structured and unstructured data using advanced tools and technologies
  • Design and implement predictive models, simulations, and machine learning algorithms to optimize customer experience, revenue, and operational efficiency
  • Assess and validate new data sources and collection methods for accuracy and relevance
  • Develop custom data models and scalable algorithms tailored to business needs
  • Use data visualization tools such as Power BI to communicate insights effectively
  • Lead automation of data flows, reporting, and analytical processes using programming languages and cloud-based tools
  • Coordinate with engineering, product, and business teams to deploy models and monitor performance
  • Design and implement tools and processes to track model accuracy, data quality, and business impact
  • Deliver training modules and mentor junior analysts to build analytical capability across the organization
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering)
  • At least 2 years' of experience in quantitative analytics or data modeling
  • Proven experience in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning
  • Strong programming skills in Python and R
  • Proficient in Power BI, SQL, and data visualization best practices
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS
  • Skilled in process mapping, redesign, and automation of complex workflows
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change
