Key Responsibilities:
  • Unlock retail sales, e-commerce sales, inventory, customer behavior, and pricing performance drivers.
  • Collect, clean, and structure raw data from various sources including POS, ERP, CRM, Google Analytics, marketplaces, and social/digital platforms.
  • Develop dashboards and automated reports using Power BI, Tableau, track KPIs across retail and e-commerce channels.
  • Lead demand forecasting, product performance evaluation, assortment analysis, and customer segmentation initiatives.
  • Conduct micro-level and predictive analysis to support marketing, merchandising, and supply chain planning decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across all reporting systems.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years in data analysis, with 3+ years in retail/wholesale analytics.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of retail KPIs, sales metrics, and inventory data.
  • Experience with POS, ERP, and retail analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
  • Experience with retail forecasting and customer segmentation.
  • Background in omni-channel or eCommerce environments.
