Our team is seeking a skilled professional to join us as a Manager in the Corporate and International Taxation department. This is an exciting opportunity for you to unlock your potential in a dynamic environment that drives change.

The role involves leading tax advisory engagements independently, managing delivery of tax opinions, and ensuring tax compliance through filing returns, withholding tax statements, advance tax, and other tax filings.
You will be responsible for managing tax assessment and litigation proceedings before assessing officers and income tax authorities. Additionally, you will train junior staff for professional development and create a stronger bench.
This role requires you to distribute tax technology assets through licensing and internal managed services. You will also serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for end-to-end tax operate engagements, managing client codes from time logging, invoicing, and collections.
Pursue business development by identifying new opportunities and mining existing ones. Collaborate with other tax services lines and business functions for multi-disciplinary client requirements.
Contribute to firm eminence programs and events. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years' experience in Direct Taxation, strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and conceptual clarity.
Eye for details and innovative thinking are essential for this role. Time and cost management skill, team management and leadership, effective communication, and presentation skills are also required.
Base location: Delhi. Frequent travel to client locations is required. We adopt a hybrid approach to working, tailored to each domain's unique needs.
