Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

This role involves providing customer service support and collections via phone calls. The ideal candidate should have experience in RCM/DME for a minimum of 1 year.

We are seeking a skilled individual to work as part of a team, delivering a first-class professional customer service using a range of communication methods. The successful candidate will ensure that where possible, customer enquiries, payments, and complaints are resolved at the first point of contact.

The key responsibilities include assessing and resolving inquiries, requests, and complaints primarily over the telephone. The candidate should utilize sound judgment and make decisions within established procedures for each service request.

Key performance indicators, service level agreements, and quality standards should be adhered to maximize customer satisfaction. The candidate will manage and update customer interactions daily, generated through workflows and queues, on an account-wise basis.

The successful candidate will achieve key and critical performance targets. Efficiency measures should be met in accordance with performance targets and process guidelines. Business tools and industry knowledge updates should be utilized to identify problem areas and document business requirements through various updates and training sessions.

Maintenance of effective work procedures according to client process workflows and HCL policy guidelines is essential. US healthcare compliance measures should be adhered to.
