Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Transaction Support Analyst to provide administrative support for our business transactions team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating business transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing exceptional customer service to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for business transactions, including data entry, document management, and project monitoring.
  • Coordinate and facilitate business transactions, such as contracts, invoicing, and revenue processing for consulting delivery.
  • Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, analyze, and resolve business transaction-related issues and discrepancies and responding to inquiries.
  • Collaborate with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Project Management Office to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in business transaction support or a related field is also necessary. Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills are crucial for this position. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks is essential. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is also required.
