Analyzing customer feedback and providing insights for service improvement is also essential.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in real estate or housing projects.

Able to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines, flexibility to work on weekends or extended hours if required.

Work timings: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary + Performance-based incentives.

Key qualifications:
