Finance Transformation Specialist

Are you a freshly qualified CA with strong finance process knowledge and analytical skills? Do you want to drive efficiency in finance operations and help organizations optimize their processes?

This role focuses on transforming finance functions, shared services, and global capability centers (GCCs) through process standardization, automation, and target operating model (TOM) design. You will assist in setting up Shared Services and GCCs, improving finance processes across P2P, O2C, R2R, and FP&A.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support finance transformation initiatives by analyzing and designing process improvements.
  • Assist in the setup of Shared Services and GCCs, including process standardization and automation.
  • Conduct research, benchmarking, and data analysis to support client recommendations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop process designs and implement changes.
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients through workshops and presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Freshly qualified CA with strong understanding of finance processes and controls.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis; ERP exposure is an asset.
  • Analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel for off-site client projects when required.
