Job Overview

We are seeking a Debt Finance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the process of raising debt capital from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Debt Fundraising: We drive the process of raising debt capital from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
  • Investor & Lender Relations: We build and manage relationships with lenders, financial institutions, rating agencies, and investors to secure funding.
  • Structuring & Negotiation: We structure debt transactions, negotiate loan terms, and ensure optimal funding costs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: We ensure adherence to RBI/NBFC regulations and maintain compliance with lending frameworks.
  • Financial Planning & Strategy: We develop funding strategies to optimize capital structure and liquidity management.
  • Risk Assessment: We work closely with other teams to assess funding risks and mitigate exposure.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in raising debt funds from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
  • Strong network with lenders, including banks, NBFCs, DFIs, and structured finance players.
  • Prior experience in NBFCs or Small Finance Banks is a must.
  • Expertise in structured finance, term loans, working capital loans, and credit lines.
  • Solid understanding of RBI/NBFC regulations, due diligence, and loan documentation.
  • Strong negotiation, financial modeling, and stakeholder management skills.
