Fast-paced Motion Graphics Designer needed to join a dynamic broadcast team. This exciting role involves developing and animating custom motion graphics for horse racing broadcasts.

This position requires a strong background in sports broadcast design, ensuring a seamless blend of live data, storytelling, and engaging visual presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and animate show opens, transitions, and bumpers
  • Create on-screen statistics, odds, and race data visualizations
  • Develop lower thirds, title cards, and branded broadcast elements
  • Collaborate with producers, editors, and sports analysts to translate racing data and narratives into compelling visuals
  • Maintain a library of reusable templates, assets, and branded elements
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of professional experience in motion graphics design, preferably within sports broadcasting
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
  • Experience with real-time broadcast graphics platforms (e.g., Ross Xpression, Vizrt) is highly desirable
  • Strong grasp of sports design aesthetics, particularly horse racing data (odds, timings, jockey statistics, race cards)
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, pacing, and motion design principles
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with rapid turnaround
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Motion Design, Broadcast Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • Experience working on-site at sports events or in live production environments
