Job Title: Accounts Professional

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage bank payments, AP invoice booking and reconciliation
  • Collaborate with internal teams for AP and Tax-related activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Participate in statutory audits, due diligences and internal audits, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Oversee monthly book closing process, including BRS, invoice booking, accruals and capitalization
  • Responsible for employee reimbursement and foreign vendor payment

 

Qualification & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Post-qualification experience: 2-3 years in a corporate environment, preferably with global exposure
  • Experience in start-ups that have achieved scale, working in technology-enabled spaces is an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to handle coordination with multiple internal and external teams
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with ERP environments (specifically SAP, COUPA, DarwinBox) is a plus
  • Preferring candidates who can join immediately
