We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to provide strong leadership and strategic direction to a team. This role requires the ability to communicate clearly, offer direct support to team members, and manage performance.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership & Strategy: Provide clear communication of the company's vision and objectives. Offer direct support to team members with channel expertise and product knowledge.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, identify skill gaps, and create developmental plans.
- Sales & Team Management: Maximize sales productivity and achieve monthly and annual targets. Ensure high agency quality and manage the sales process from lead generation to business conversion.
- Recruitment: Identify and recruit top Financial Consultants (FCs) from the market and develop them into Business Leaders (BLs) to expand the distribution network.
- Education: A graduate degree is required.
- Experience: Proven experience in the insurance industry (agency or direct channel), with a strong background in team-handling roles.
- Skills: Must have a strong track record of success and stability.
- Communication: Proficiency in English and the local language is essential.
