Job Title: Senior Technical Operations Lead

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Operations Lead to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our process equipment.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, minimizing downtime, and maintaining compliance with cGMP and GDP regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for process equipment, including vial filling, vial washing, tunnel, and isolators.
  • Enter online checklists for preventive maintenance activities as per SOPs.
  • Respond promptly to breakdown maintenance situations, adhering to cGMP guidelines.
  • Maintain coordination with other departments to resolve plant maintenance issues.
  • Manage spares inventory for all process equipment.
  • Operate and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot clean room parameters and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with vendors for AMC-covered equipment.
  • Documented preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
  • Lead execution of running projects, new projects, and plant extension works.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, technical operations).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical operations, preferably in a pharmaceutical or related industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with cGMP, GDP, and safety protocols.
