Senior Memory Circuit Designer

Achieving Technical Excellence in Memory Design
As a seasoned memory design professional, you will be responsible for designing and developing digital circuits for custom blocks, including SRAM, register files, memory compilers, and caches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing floorplans and performing circuit design to optimize custom circuits for power, performance, area, timing, and yield goals
- Creating block-level DFT models and developing memory test tools to streamline design processes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to report design progress and resolve performance and memory circuit design issues
- Optimizing performance, power, and area, reducing leakage of circuits, and driving characterization of individual memory instances and memory compilers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Master's degree in Electrical, Microelectronics, or VLSI Engineering
- At least 8 years of experience with scripting languages (Perl, tcl, etc.) and memory design convergence tools
- Proven expertise in formal equivalence verification, static timing methodology, electrical reliability, and robustness analysis
- Strong understanding of transistor-level operation, memory bitcell design, design challenges under process variations, and low-power circuit techniques
- Experience with scripting, compiler understanding, and hands-on experience in coding tilers
