Treasury Operations Role

The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day treasury operations and ensure efficient financial management. Key responsibilities include managing cash flow, forecasting payment obligations, and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily treasury operations, including cash flow monitoring and bank reconciliations.
  • Monitor and manage the company's liquidity position to ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for payment planning and forecasting.
  • Optimize returns on surplus funds through short-term investments in accordance with policy.
  • Track and report on fund utilization, bank balances, and investment performance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Prepare regular treasury reports and dashboards for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Treasury Operations / Fund Management.
  • Experience working in Banks or Financial Institutions is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments, cash management, and liquidity forecasting.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and financial systems/tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CA preferred).
  • Exposure to corporate treasury operations and investment strategies.
