Principal Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned recruiter with expertise in staffing, talent acquisition and hiring processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities and a deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with managers to identify key requirements for various roles and develop strategies to meet aggressive hiring goals.
- Lead the full recruiting process across multiple positions, leveraging a database of qualified candidates to secure top talent.
- Develop and maintain high-quality relationships with potential candidates through proactive outreach and effective engagement methods.
- Partner with senior leaders and hiring teams to design, implement and refine innovative recruitment strategies that drive business results.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and decision-making skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Advanced knowledge of applicant tracking systems, database management and internet search techniques, with a proven track record of utilizing these tools to source top talent.
