Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for roles such as Specialist and Superspecialist Doctors, Nurses, RMOs, DMOs, and other healthcare professionals.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycleright from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Candidate Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong network and pipeline of healthcare professionals using proactive sourcing techniques.
  • Client Coordination: Understand the manpower requirements of hospitals and healthcare institutions, and ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.
  • Database Management: Regularly update and maintain recruitment trackers and databases.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal recruitment policies and industry standards.

Key Skills Required:

  • In-depth understanding of recruitment processes and job roles.
  • Proficiency in sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines effectively.
