Job Title: Nurse Recruiter - Social Media Specialist

About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled and creative professional to join our team as a Nurse Recruiter - Social Media Specialist. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leveraging social media platforms to connect with travel nurses across the US and drive quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies to engage with travel nurses and promote job opportunities.
  • Create high-quality content (Reels, Shorts, graphics) to build trust and attract candidates.
  • Manage and grow online nurse communities through groups, DMs, and live sessions.
  • Run and optimize paid ads on Facebook/Instagram to generate quality leads.
  • Track recruiting performance through Google Analytics and ATS/CRM reports.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Experience in healthcare staffing/travel nurse recruiting (preferred).
  • Strong content creation & copywriting skills.
  • Skill in Canva/Cap Cut (or similar tools).
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager & social media analytics.
  • An outgoing, empathetic, and highly responsive personality – able to build real connections with nurses.
  • Organized and consistent approach to content calendars and data reports.
