We are seeking a seasoned Integration Manager to lead our WealthTech platform's middleware-based API and system integrations.

This is a critical leadership role that ensures seamless integration with external systems and services. You will be the bridge between product, engineering, vendors, and business stakeholders, driving successful integration delivery with APIs, message queues, and file-based systems.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years in project/program management of API & middleware integrations, and a strong understanding of system integration techniques (APIs, message queues, SFTP). Mandatory experience in the wealth management / WealthTech / BFSI investment domain is required.

The Integration Manager will be responsible for defining project scope, milestones, and success metrics for middleware/API integrations, tracking and managing integration workstreams: real-time APIs, batch jobs, Kafka/RabbitMQ, SFTP, and validating data contracts, mapping, and transformation rules.

Additionally, the Integration Manager will ensure compliance with API security, data privacy, and operational risk standards, document integration touchpoints, workflows, and SLAs, and provide visibility on risks, blockers, and delivery status to senior stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have strong stakeholder management, communication, and delivery skills, and be familiar with API management tools (Kong, Apigee, AWS API Gateway), Node.js-based architectures, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and financial data formats (FIX, OFX, JSON, XML).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead integration projects across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and secure rollouts.
  • Define project scope, milestones, and success metrics for middleware/API integrations.
  • Coordinate middleware service requirements between developers and business teams.
  • Track and manage integration workstreams: real-time APIs, batch jobs, Kafka/RabbitMQ, SFTP.
  • Validate data contracts, mapping, and transformation rules.
  • Ensure compliance with API security, data privacy, and operational risk standards.
  • Document integration touchpoints, workflows, and SLAs.
  • Provide visibility on risks, blockers, and delivery status to senior stakeholders.
Requirements:
