The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure seamless access and identity management for the organization's users. This involves creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts, as well as managing permissions and access rights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Account Management: Create new user accounts, modify existing ones, and delete redundant or inactive accounts to maintain a clean and organized system.
  • Access Rights Management: Manage user access to various systems, applications, and resources by assigning appropriate permissions and ensuring compliance with security policies.
  • Password Management: Handle password-related tasks such as resetting passwords, unlocking accounts, and implementing password policies to enhance security.
  • Identity Verification: Verify user identities through various means, including username and password combinations, biometric authentication, or other approved methods.
  • Compliance and Auditing: Ensure that all IAM processes comply with regulatory requirements and organizational policies, and perform regular audits to identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Exchange Server, and other relevant technologies is required.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills are necessary to troubleshoot complex IAM issues and resolve them efficiently.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for collaborating with stakeholders, documenting processes, and providing training to users.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are desirable.
