Job Title: Azure Data Engineer

About this role:

We are seeking a skilled data engineer to design, develop and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Apache Airflow, Apache Spark, Azure Data Factory and Databricks. This role requires integration and management of structured and unstructured data from diverse sources, including Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Data Lake and Azure Synapse Analytics.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in data engineering, cloud analytics or BI development. Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling are essential. Proficiency in distributed data processing frameworks and experience working in Microsoft Azure cloud environments are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Integrate and manage data from various sources.
  • Develop and deploy automation scripts.
  • Create data visualizations and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
