Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Key Account Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for retaining and growing business in existing and new customers within the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and execute sales strategies to drive growth in assigned geographical areas.
  • Educate and evaluate end-users and channel partners to develop effective plans to meet and exceed objectives.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with distributors and end-users to foster partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of projects to drive annual sales growth plans.
  • Keep customers informed about the latest technology developments and product innovations.
  • Regularly review market changes and dynamics to ensure opportunities align with company strategy.
  • Support and participate in team sales initiatives by sharing relevant information for assigned accounts.
  • Prepare regular progress, status, and forecast reports to management.
  • Anticipate spending 80% of time in front of end-users/customers.
  • Manage customer accounts payable and ensure timely collection.
  • Continuously improve working knowledge of existing and new products and services.
Requirements
  • Engineering graduate in Mechanical or Industrial Production with 12+ years of experience in Production/Manufacturing Engineering, Methods/Process Engineering, or Sales/Application.
  • Competent in understanding and communicating product and technical information.
  • Able to assess customer needs competently.
  • Computer literate with good presentation skills and drive/energy to bring coordination and cohesiveness amongst functions.
  • Strong administrative/communication skills.
  • Willing to travel extensively.
  • Willing to work with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
