Procurement Specialist">

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in procurement, creation of purchase requisitions, and management of purchase orders. A good understanding of sales orders is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review material requirements and specifications, prepare bid responses, and share them with stakeholders.
  • Experience in reviewing and releasing purchase orders, reconciling purchase orders, and resolving supplier queries.
  • Maintain accurate master data and updates.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Establish and monitor processes for issue management, change management, and quality management.
  • Organize meetings between teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues.
  • Prepare project status reports and submit them to senior management and customers for review.
  • Drive governance calls with stakeholders.
  • Possess hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably JDE/SAP or Ariba.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Significant exposure to IT tools for supply chain planning.
  • Good understanding of the supply chain for Oil & Gas or Energy Services industry.
  • Creation of Power BI dashboards.
  • Understanding of Spend Analytics, Catalogue Management, Contract Management.
