Coupa Implementation Expert Sought

Seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in Coupa implementation to drive business growth and efficiency through effective sourcing, procurement, and invoicing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement various Coupa modules, including Sourcing, Contracts, Procure, Invoice, and Expenses.
  • Setup Coupa integration with external systems and configure dynamic account validation rules, charts of accounts, business account security groups, and technical/business roles.
  • Design and implement sourcing forms, objects, procurement/invoicing approval chains, and solution architecting.
  • Collaborate with business partners from diverse geographies to incorporate sourcing, procurement, and invoicing requirements into viable solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of source-to-pay and procure-to-pay business processes, along with experience in Agile methodology and solution architecting. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are essential.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Coupa implementation and configuration.
  • Hands-on experience with Coupa release management and integration setup.
  • Expertise in creating functional specs, Source-to-Target Maps, batch and configuration documents for integration partners.
