Performance Marketing Lead

Are you a marketing professional with experience in performance marketing?

Job Description:

The role of the Performance Marketing Lead is to develop and implement performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Affiliate marketing and other relevant platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing performance marketing campaigns and will be able to analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing performance marketing campaigns
  • Analyzing campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization
  • Conducting A/B testing and experimenting with different ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI
  • Managing budgets effectively to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achieve cost-per-acquisition targets
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including content, design, and analytics to align marketing efforts with overall business goals
  • Staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in performance marketing
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
