As a visionary leader in the field of SAP S/4HANA and surrounding systems, you will collaborate with product stakeholders and customers globally to develop and lead the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the roadmap for product costing, controlling, and Financial Planning and Analysis, working closely with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of Functional Engineers in the FI-CO space, focusing on product costing, controlling, and FP&A.
  • Offer expert business /functional understanding of end-to-end process design of functions in FI-CO, along with good overall knowledge of controlling, product costing, and FP&A, and provide recommendations based on industry best practices.
  • Establish and execute a strong engagement plan with Global and regional stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Explore industry trends and advancements for FI-CO, focusing on product costing, controlling, and FP&A, to identify new solutions that will impact business objectives.
  • Develop partnership relationships with SAP and other strategic vendors, participating in RFP processes and driving innovation.
  • Support the implementation of enhancements to current systems, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP PaPM, and Hana Cloud, working closely with 3rd party support teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements related to product costing, controlling, and FP&A, and translate them into digital solutions.
  • Participate in the S/4 Hana Global project (The EDGE) to upgrade from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring seamless transition.
  • Manage a team of SAP and FP&A professionals globally, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members, promoting growth and development.
  • Collaborate with external partners to stay abreast of new SAP technologies and recommend improvements, driving continuous learning and improvement.
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, making data-driven decisions.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and issues, developing mitigation strategies as needed.

Understand SAP product costing, controlling, and FP&A modules and configuration to ensure accurate cost calculations.
