A high-performance Data Capture Specialist is required to lead the implementation of Change Data Capture (CDC) solutions using Debezium, Oracle, and other related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop scalable and efficient CDC pipelines that achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and troubleshoot CDC solutions that meet business requirements
  • Maintain expertise in CDC technologies, database replication, and real-time data synchronization
  • Lead efforts to identify and resolve issues related to CDC processes, including debugging and resolving replication errors, conflicts, and data consistency issues
  • Establish best practices, guidelines, and standards for the implementation of CDC technologies
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in designing, deploying, and troubleshooting CDC solutions
  • Deep technical knowledge of CDC technologies, database replication, and real-time data synchronization
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in Oracle and Debezium
  • Knowledge of data integration and data warehousing concepts
  • Understanding of CDC tools and technologies
  • Experience with version control systems
