Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships through proactive communication and personalized service.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to streamline processes and improve customer retention.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer interactions and feedback for management review.

You will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
