Job Title: Senior Interior Systems Engineer

Company Overview:

As a Senior Interior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of interior systems within our vehicle programs.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our vehicles meet customer expectations for quality, reliability, and performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience working on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of interior systems including trim, dashboards, and other components.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of components.
  • Develop and maintain system designs and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in mechanical engineering with focus on interior systems.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
