A forward-thinking sales professional is needed to drive business growth and strategic planning for our Consumer Electronics vertical.
About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced sales specialist with a proven track record of achieving sales objectives in the electronics manufacturing industry. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing business development, strategic planning, and sales for the Consumer Electronics vertical. You'll work closely with our global key account managers, area segment marketers, and application development engineers to understand the latest trends and product applications in the industry.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- To better understand the sales ecosystem movement for manufacturing in India and identify potential opportunities for growth.
- To build strong relationships with key customer decision-makers and become a single point of contact for all customer service needs.
- To manage territory sales, account penetration, and area coverage for specific large targeted accounts in the South Zone.
- To develop and execute a 3-5 year strategic growth plan for the Consumer Electronics vertical, aligning investments and support to reach the plan.
- To collaborate with external stakeholders, including OEMs, CMs, ODMs, and converters, to drive business growth and innovation.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Consumer Electronics or related industry, preferably with a background in smartphone manufacturing, component assembly, or conversion.
- Education: BA/BS/BE University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or Science-related field.
- Skills: Strong sales and presentation skills, territory management, negotiation, self-confidence, client relationships, and customer service.
- Language: Ability to speak Standard Chinese is a plus.

Salary Range: ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum (depending on location and experience).
