Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the evaluation of current cybersecurity principles, processes, and controls, and guide the assessment of new technologies using existing standards and frameworks.
  • Provide technical guidance and direction to support the business and its technical teams, contractors, and vendors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leaders to recommend strategic modifications during periods of vulnerability.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in one or more areas of focus, contributing to the engineering community as an advocate for firmwide frameworks, tools, and practices.
  • Influence peers and project decision-makers to consider the application of leading-edge technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Formal training or certification in cybersecurity concepts, along with 5+ years of applied experience.
  • Hands-on practical experience delivering enterprise-level cybersecurity solutions and controls.
  • Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity architecture, applications, and technical processes, with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines (e.g., public cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc).
  • Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversight.
  • Practical cloud-native experience.
  • Ability to evaluate current and emerging technologies to select or recommend the best solutions for the future state architecture.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex architecture diagrams.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Knowledge of threat modeling.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps, AI pipeline.
  • Familiarity with LLM/GenAI design.
