  • Establishing best practices for creating high-quality product collateral, such as datasheets, application notes, design guidelines, and simulation models.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and develop world-class products and solutions.
  • Providing leadership and direction to the new product development engineering team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Driving Engineering and Operational excellence with a customer-first mindset.
